Request deletion from RipeDesk
- Open the contact page and use “Data deletion request” at the start of your message.
- Include the email or phone associated with your enquiry or account, the business or workspace concerned, and what you want deleted.
- Provide a contact address where we can ask any follow-up questions. Do not include passwords, access tokens or identity documents in the public form.
We review requests and may ask for information to confirm identity, ownership or authority before deleting records. We’ll explain if we need more details or if some records must be retained.
If you are a salon client or employee
Contact the salon or clinic first about appointment, invoice, client or employment records. That business manages its operational records and may have legal or business retention obligations. RipeDesk can help the authorised business owner with the request.
WhatsApp and Meta-related data
If your request concerns a WhatsApp connection, identify the business and connected phone number and describe whether you want the connection removed, its credentials deleted, or related information reviewed for deletion. You may also remove the app’s access through the applicable Meta business settings.
Removing a RipeDesk connection or credential does not delete messages already delivered to recipients, information in the WhatsApp mobile app, or records independently held by Meta. Requests for information held by those services must also be directed to them.
What may remain
Some transaction, security or audit records may need to remain to meet applicable retention requirements or resolve disputes. Deleted information may also persist temporarily in backups until those backups are replaced. We’ll communicate relevant limitations when processing your request.
